Enterprise and API plans can choose pre-purchased credits or PAYG billing
3️⃣ Initiate an Identity Verification
Start a verification request from within your account dashboard. The recipient will receive secure instructions to complete their identity verification.
4️⃣ Review Results
Verification outcomes are securely recorded and available within your account, including audit logs where applicable.
You are only charged for successful verifications. A credit is deducted when a verification attempt begins, and automatically returned if the verification fails or cannot be completed.
Can I use PleaseSign identity verification while I am on a free trial?
Yes. Identity Verification is available during your free trial; however, identity verification request credits are not included free with the trial and must be purchased in advance from Settings → My Subscription before use.
